Cook 1788 Limited Shiraz has been selected for its deep colour and intense flavour as an extreme example of Australian Shiraz. This rich, deep red shiraz has lifted aromas of cherry, blackberry and delicately integrated oak. The tenerous and concentrated palate is velvety with firm tannins and flavours of soft cherry, plum and mocha over hints of smoky oak. Serve with beef eye fillet and roasted vegetables.
