Cook 1788 RESERVE SHIRAZ
This Shiraz wine boasts enticing aromas of blackberry and plum with hints of toast, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and intense, with a rich blend of blackberry, plum, and blueberry flavors, complemented by spicy notes. The tannins are ripe and dense, providing excellent structure and length to the palate. The wine is crafted by William Penfold Simpson, the 7th generation of the Penfold Family, and is a symbol of his family’s heritage. This rare and high-quality wine is a testament to the family’s long-standing tradition of winemaking excellence.
