Pende Valde The Mosman

The fruit of our flagship wine is a blend of Shiraz grapes from the northernmost vineyards of Barossa and Darren’s property in Marananga. These two vineyards always produce the most balanced fruits we see at The Mosman. This Shiraz displays depth and complexity, with a rich and fruity flavor, and a lingering aftertaste. Grapes require almost no attention during the fermentation process, except for temperature control and pumping. A very balanced and fruity wine, further enhanced by extending storage time in new French oak barrels. Let it breathe, inhale, and absorb the evolution of aroma and taste when it wakes up.
